Shipping information

The prices for shipping or delivery are calculated according to the weight and volume of the ordered product. The listed prices, see table, are valid for Germany-Austria and Italy and exclude VAT.

For delivery to Switzerland, the price includes shipping and Italian customs clearance. Swiss customs clearance and VAT are at the expense of the customer and must be paid upon delivery of the goods.

All items in stock will be shipped the following business day (MO-FR).

For custom made faucets and accessories, it takes about 2-3 business days for production, after completion the items will be shipped. Here the shipping charges may differ from the price list depending on the weight and volume, the definitive shipping charges will be calculated during the ordering process.

When ordering a natural stone product, approximately 2 business days are required to prepare for shipping.

We offer the following shipping options

SELF-COLLECTION

You are welcome to pick up your desired item directly at our facility.

For custom-made products, we ask for prior consultation regarding the pick-up date.

DISPATCH WITH FORWARDING AGENCY

We ship our faucets and fountain accessories with forwarding agency DHL and GLS.

For larger or heavier products such as sinks and fountains, a forwarding agency will be organized to deliver the ordered item to the curb at your home with a lifting platform. To ensure a smooth delivery, we ask you to leave a telephone contact when ordering, where you can be reached in case of queries.

Any transport damage that may have occurred should be checked immediately and noted by the carrier.
